Rajendra Kadari, MD, MPH

During his 5 years as Chief Hospitalist for OrthoColorado Hospital, Dr. Rajendra Kadari recognized the need for experienced acute care providers in the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care settings. Dr. Kadari left OrthoColorado in 2015 to establish Summit Medical Consultants. Over the last 6 years, Summit has grown to 50+ providers at nearly 70 skilled and long term care facilities across Colorado and has now extended care into the Inpatient Rehabilitation setting.

Dr. Kadari served as Chief Resident for his Internal Medicine Program at East Tennessee State University and has a degree in Health Service Administration from San Diego State University. His diverse skills include serving as the Physician Director of Information Technology during his time at OrthoColorado Hospital. Dr. Kadari currently serves as the Medical Director for 8 skilled facilities throughout the Denver Metro area and was recently appointed as the President Elect for the Colorado chapter of The American College of Healthcare Executives.

He and his wife are the proud parents of two rambunctious little boys. He enjoys playing cricket, biking, hiking, watching movies and spending time with his family in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
