Jennifer Burnier
Director of Operations
As Summit’s Director of Operations, Jennifer Burnier consistently applies a human-centric approach to lead continuous improvement across Summit’s expansive reach. Since 2016, Jennifer has created and managed processes and patient services as Summit has grown from four providers to now more than 80.
Working closely with the practice founders, Jennifer helped manage the evolution of Summit’s operations from its infancy in the Denver metro area, spreading north into Greeley and Loveland and south into Colorado Springs and Pueblo while simultaneously expanding multiple service lines.
Leveraging her more than 15 years of healthcare experience as a team leader, Jennifer focuses Summit’s operations on providing compassionate care to the most vulnerable patient populations in acute inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care and assisted living facilities.
Jennifer puts the same dynamic energy into her life, enjoying the Colorado mountains, traveling with her husband and children and participating in her book club.
