Sofia Delgado, NP

Sophia Delgado, NP, MSN, RN, is an Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With over 15 years of clinical bedside experience and 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner, Sophia has demonstrated competence and compassion in providing high-quality care to patients across a variety of diagnoses. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Christian University. Sophia is an experirenced primary care provider, mental health prescriber, and home-based chronic care manager.
