Jessica Light, AGNP-BC
Jessica Light completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Pennsylvania State University and her Masters in Nursing at University of Pennsylvania. Jessica specialized in Adult Gerontology Primary Care.
She chose to become a nurse practitioner to be an advocate for her patients and to help older adults navigate todays’ complex healthcare system. She enjoys building strong relationships with patients and their families. Her goal is to help patients understand their health and illnesses so that they are directly involved in their individual plan of care. Her approach is to build a team with patients, their families, and their care providers, with her overall focus on the well-being of the patient as a whole, not just treating a disease.
Jessica is originally from Allentown, PA and fell in love with Colorado while visiting a friend a few years ago. She has always had a love for the mountains and the outdoors so she moved here in 2020 to explore the beautiful state of Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, snowshoeing, and anything involving the outdoors. A fun fact about Jessica is that she loves the US National Parks and has been to 20 out of the 63. She hopes to visit all of them some day.
