Harriet Nassolo, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC is a highly skilled and adaptable healthcare professional with over 13 years of experience in nursing, with a strong focus on psychiatric mental health. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional clinical excellence and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams. Harriet's calm demeanor and ability to thrive under pressure have been key assets in high-stress environments, such as correctional care and acute psychiatric settings.


She is known for her compassionate approach to patient care, her commitment to mentoring new nurses, and her ability to handle complex medical and psychiatric conditions across various healthcare settings. Harriet is driven by her dedication to improving patient outcomes and safety, and she is committed to enhancing the well-being of all individuals under her care.


Harriet's experience includes her current role as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since November 2023, where she has managed a diverse patient population across four mental health clinical facilities. In this capacity, she conducts assessments, diagnoses, collaborates with other providers, and creates therapeutic communication strategies with patients, all while maintaining adherence to HIPAA regulations. In addition to her psychiatric work, Harriet has served as a Relief Charge Nurse at Denver Health's Correctional Department, providing high-quality care to incarcerated populations and mentoring new nurses. Her previous roles, including positions as a Clinical Nurse at Vi at Highlands Ranch and as a Clinical Charge Nurse at Pearl St Skilled & Rehabilitation Unit, have honed her leadership and patient care skills.


Harriet holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). With a strong foundation in nursing and a passion for psychiatric care, Harriet continues to make a positive impact on the healthcare field.
