Elizabeth Clark, DO
Dr. Clark is a highly experienced and dedicated physician with a distinguished career in both civilian and military medicine. With over 25 years of service in the United States Air Force, Dr. Clark has provided exceptional care in a variety of settings, specializing in aerospace medicine, preventive medicine, and occupational health. As a retired Colonel, she has served in numerous leadership roles, including Squadron Commander and Senior Flight Surgeon, and has been deployed multiple times to conflict zones, including Iraq and Qatar.
Dr. Clark earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 1987. She further expanded her medical expertise with a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine (MPH & TM) from Tulane University in 1999. She completed a residency in Aerospace and Preventive Medicine at the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine, where she trained in a range of medical disciplines vital to both military and civilian aviation.
Dr. Clark's clinical expertise is complemented by a deep commitment to teaching and mentoring. In her current practice. Her certifications include Board Certifications in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Aerospace Medicine, with additional expertise in Tropical and Travel Medicine. Dr. Clark is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA), underscoring her commitment to providing diverse and holistic treatment options.
Throughout her career, Dr. Clark has made significant contributions to military and civilian health care, from her role in leading flight medicine operations in high-stress environments to her more recent focus on occupational health and family medicine. She has earned several prestigious awards for her service, including the Bronze Star, Legion of Merit, and multiple Meritorious Service Medals.
